Better inner office communication between staff and loan officer and better communication between buyer and loan officer. Not enough personal one on one communication between officer and buyer. Difficult to reach officer and calls slow to be returned. Overall office appeared unorganized with too many different people involved in process. Difficult process for sure but unnecessary stress on buyer due to these issues.
