RecommendedI have been going to Dr Rust for my dental needs since I moved to Oak Ridge. I went in for a cleaning today and, as always, my experience was excellent. I know that I am always given their best. This dental office is top notch. My wife and I have now moved 50 miles away and would not even imagine going anywhere else. The drive is worth it.

Hands down, best dentist in Anderson County! Dr. Rust and his staff are ALL fantastic! Every appointment that I’ve had has been outstanding. I have very bad dental anxiety and each time they made sure to give me extra care and attention to make sure I wasn’t anxious. My teeth look amazing thanks to Dr.Rust and the staff. I have my confidence back after he worked on my teeth. It’s a great feeling! The office staff are also very kind and helpful also. If you’re looking for a great Dentist, I would absolutely recommend! 🦷🪥❤️

I really think Dr Rust, Tessa and the staff here at Phillips and Rust are fantastic. They treat me like family and take the best care of me. Its always a pleasant visit, before I know it, my teeth are clean and the time just flies by. I totally recommend them. They are very thorough and keep me up to date with what I need done . Insurance and payments are never a hassle. Top notch dental care team!

Ever had a numbing shot that you didn't feel? Almost guarantee you won't feel the injection of zylocane or whatever is injected. Professional, friendly services with a smile and very knowledgeable to explain in detail what the procedures are and answer any questions you might have to put you at ease.
