I told him I was interested in getting a Subaru, gave him my price range and in a couple weeks he messaged me with my dream car for an even lower price!!!! Bought our honda ridgeline back in July. We Pretty much completed the deal over the phone with Patty and she was amazing! Didn't get the same warm and fuzzy with our on-site sales rep John Edward's. We were not pleased with his unresponsiveness and unwillingness to help us with a manufacturer defect issue. Luckily, Steve Obrien from the service team redeemed the whole experience. Overall we were satisfied with the dealership.
Always pleasant and make you feel confident that I made a right choice to get a Honda !
