I love Vietnamese food and Pho Da Lat earns a full 5 stars in my book. The execution on their grilled proteins and starters is incredibly solid, making it a standout spot off the Strip. Fried Pork Egg Rolls: Spectacularly flavorful and perfectly fried. They managed to achieve a beautifully crispy exterior without absorbing excess grease. I've ordered a few times from this restaurant. So far I've had the Com 5 mon, the Com that nuong, the bun bo hue and spring rolls. All have been excellent quality. Generous portions, affordable and flavorful. Great experience overall. 10/10.

I was a little skeptical to come in by looking from the outside restaurant. It was a pleasant surprise how clean and well decorated it was inside. The staff are very nice and fast with orders. I really like their Pho Dac Biet. The meats were tender and the broth was very flavorful. I'll definitely come back to try the rest of their menu :)

Coming from Little Saigon in SoCal, our standards for Vietnamese food are pretty high - and wow this place really surprised us! I got the pho sate and my friend had the grilled pork rice, and both were really good. The broth was super fragrant and balanced, and the pork was tender with a nice char and a lot of flavor. We finished everything fast. We came in about 45 minutes before closing and the staff were still really friendly and quick, which we appreciated. Definitely our new go to Vietnamese spot in Vegas!

Absolutely phenomenal! The food was Delicious and Savory, I went back twice back to back months! Staff were fast! Perfect outside the strip location great for locals and tourists. Definitely a must try And if you're unsure what to get, just show my photo of what I got and I promise a 10 out of 10 experience!

My family has been coming here for over 10 years, through several ownership changes, and the food has remained consistently excellent. I bring friends and family here often, and whenever someone asks for a Vietnamese restaurant recommendation, this is one of my top picks.
