Every time when I go to the spot the same server I order seafood. They always get my order wrong then they put chicken broth in my seafood, so disgusting supposed to be beef soup I never touched it and they still charged me and she doesn't even bother to change out my order. She charged me please. Owner reach out to me for real.

DELETE: Postscript: Dec 4th, advertising inside the restaurant stated that Da Lat is celebrating Thanksgiving through the end of December by taking $5.00 off their customers' bills. When we asked the waiter for the $5.00 discount, he said NO. When a business offers something to customers, it needs to keep its word. I don't care if it's $5.00 or 5 cents, I don't like being lied to!

It seems like this restaurant has been opened for a while may be close to 10 years if I'm not mistaken, and also saw a lot of Social media about this place lately. Decided to go try it out. First walked in there were packed, may be it's because they only have approximately 7-9 tables and the restaurant is one small unit. Good size for a noodle spot no doubt about that. I went there today for the first time, ordered nem nuong, took 30 mins to come out, canh chua/ ca Kho to,the food are great, no complaints , went to restroom, have to pass the kitchen, after seeing the messy and unclean/ unorganized, make think twice about come back

I really wanted to like this place because it's the closest pho restaurant to my apartment, so I was hoping it would become a go-to spot. Unfortunately, my first impression was rough. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted at all (and the door has a very loud bell attached to it so there's no way my entrance went unnoticed). I placed an order for pick up on a Monday evening. I ordered the Bo luc lac (shaken beef) and chicken with mint salad. Both were disappointing! The Bo luc lac (shaken beef) was dry, dry and tough. I was so disappointed and left half of the beef behind. I enjoyed the sliced cucumbers and steamed rice. If you're going to charge $20, serve a better cut of beef. The chicken and mint salad was also bad. The chicken was over cooked, tough. I ate 3 bites and threw the left away. Won't be coming back.
Saw the reviews & thought I give it a try. Slow service when there's no customers & foods was ok. I wasn't impressed. I wouldn't come back.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I ordered delivery and it was a disaster from start to finish. Every soup container arrived spilled, soaking through the bag and making the food inedible. The rest of the to-go boxes weren't any better -- cracked, leaking, and a total mess. Clearly, they have no idea how to properly package food for delivery. very bad service . I already called for pickup . they said 15mins . it was already 20mins when i got there they still make me wait for like 5 mins and more . I already told them i have no time and i already called but they just keep ignoring me and keep service for those customers in there . I tell them i couldn't wait anymore i have to leave , they said Ok if i cant wait they will just cancel it without saying sorry or anything and they really were not that busy .
