Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. It's been many years since I've visited PCG. My husband and I brought his sister and cousin for dinner. I believe our server's name was Sonya. Really nice and her customer service was excellent. A mistake was made on my SIL meal and Sonya quick resolved it and my SIL said it was the best burger she's had in a long time. I had the Steak burger and it was also excellent. My husband had the Bethany Salad and his cousin the pasta dinner. All were very good. If you want a nice meal I highly recommend PCG.
Phoenix city Grill is always consistent with high-quality service, an excellent menu, and daily specials that resonate with customers. Today’s lunch specials included a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, fresh center-cut tomato, red onion, hatch green chili aïoli, and a homemade barbecue sauce. Great food and ambience. Service was a bit lacking. Good overall experience. We will be back
Our food and drinks were good. There are little things that would make the experience better. It would be nice to have room temp butter for the corn bread because the cold butter doesn’t spread. The red chile pork had great flavor. I enjoyed my Grille’s old fashioned but my husband wasn’t impressed with his margarita. The server was friendly
We make sure to eat at Phoenix City grille every time we're in town. Definitely one of our favorites. Food and service is always top notch. Our server Jonah was exceptional. Attentive but not intrusive. He was very kind and took the time to answer any questions we had.
