Phyllis was a great help to us she answered all the questions we had as first time home buyers. There was a large amount of time between when our house would be done and when we needed to pick a lender. Phyllis never forgot about us she was very responsive and we could feel that she wanted to do business with us. She helped make third stressful process so much easier.
