Phyllis and her staff were wonderful! Phyllis was very professional, knowledgeable and was extremely helpful and made the loan process easy for us. She was very patient, especially with the many questions we had...also very quick to respond. She was ready to assist us every time we would call her and was there for us thru out the loan process.
