Be prepared to read a lot of magazines while waiting for your scheduled appointment. This practice clearly overbooks themselves, because I have never been there when I DIDN'T have to wait for at least a 1/2 hour in a room full of patients. (Standing room only at least one time). I am shocked, I called to reschedule my appointment and received such a cutting and rude response from the receptionist, Dr Rausch is fantastic; but the office staff is the meanest. Beware.
I just called to book an appt with Dr. Rausch, as a new patient and the front office lady is just very rude....She has issues with her attitude. Where is her Customer Services skills..... If this is just on the phone I can't imagine how awful would they treat me....
