Dr. Patel has delivered 2 of my boys and a total of 5 kids from our extended family. She is kind, dependable and trustworthy. There is no one I trust more with my personal care than her. My delivery was smooth and the care and attention I received from her was unparalleled. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing top notch OBGYN doctor.
I feel conflicted with this review but hear me out. I moved to the east coast nearly two years ago and I really needed a care team. This team of doctors was highly recommended and when I met both Dr. Patel and Dr. Rausch, they were spectacular. They BOTH know exactly what they are talking about. I had had two miscarriages and was having trouble conceiving. Dr. Patel got right on it, no nonsense and direct to the point. at 29 weeks pregnant I had to switch Doctors due to my previous practice being completely terrible, didn't care about my wellbeing & I was referred to Patel & Rausch. I had a lovely 10 weeks left of my pregnancy with them before delivering at Reston last year. My first pregnancy with my last OBGYN was a total trainwreck and I was so blessed to have found these 2 ladies to deliver my second son and take care of me and my pregnancy. First off, I have to say I ADORE Dr. Rausch. She is fantastic and a top care provider (now only available to those that can afford the >$1200 membership). She delivered my first baby at Reston Hospital earlier this year. I could not be more grateful for her service. However, I feel extremely dissapointed and let down that as of my last visit and follow up a few months ago, nothing was mentioned about switching to a concierge medicine practice. I have been going to this practice for over 25 years and just found out the only way to be seen is if you subscribe through their concierge service. Wow. Wasn’t expecting this. I only need to see them 1a year. Geez.
