I go here because it's the one my insurance covers, but I'd keep going, too, because I always feel taken seriously and my concerns have been addressed well every time. I'm stressed any time I go here because there's some immediate medical problem that I don't think can wait, and the PAs have all been great at helping me understand what's going on, sorting through options, being realistic with me, and clarifying the scope of their practice at this level of care. I had a great experience today. Both the tech who took my BP and the doc were awesome listeners and chatty in a good way. I felt they were interested in knowing me, as a person, as well as they wanted to share a little about themselves and connect on a personal level. The care was great too and very thorough. I truly appreciated this rare experience!

Went here, and was diagnosed correctly. The doctor spent all of 2 minutes with me, but the bill was $250. Jesus, can someone please fix our broken and corrupt healthcare system? Had to call back to get in touch with the doctor for a quick question after I hadn't seen much improvement after a week of the recommended medication and rest. I got attitude from a desk clerk and she needed some help with basic listening skills, but she was the only negative overall to the experience.

I accompanied a friend (safely-distanced & double-masked) here to get COVID testing since his insurance wasn't accepted at Advocate Medical Group a block away. They saw him right away and gave him the test. Yes...positive. I was struck by how fast they took him back when he arrived. It was a weekday & an hour or so from closing. Still, they treated him with respect and helped. They report positive tests to the city, so expect a call from the health department to go over contact tracing.

So...I actually came here as a result of the previous review which was negative. I was looking for a clinic with rapid Covid testing, which there are not too many in chicagoland. I could't get through to the 2 walgreens locations when trying to book an appointment, innovativecorona required an appointment and it opened a new batch of appointments available at 8am, so I was left with walk ins for physicians immediate care as the most proactive approach I had available. I have gone here over the years at least a dozen times and have always had a super fast, easy, painless and helpful experience. Lately I seem to get Bianca Doherty and she is great. The staff is always friendly and helpful. One time, I was having chest pains and they did the tests right in the office within minutes. Last winter, I had a bad chest cold and they offered a breathing treatment. Today, I got an influenza test. I feel as if I get significantly better care there than other urgent care services. This is a great clinic. The staff is attentive, caring and professional. The PA who took care of me was thorough and excellent. I really felt like I was in good hands. They are also very quick if you call with follow-up questions. Definitely recommend.

Great clinic and fast the pa was very helpful and she would answer any questions I had after I saw her. When I called she got on the phone right away. This place is fast and great if you don't have a primary care doctor available. I would recommend this to anyone.
