Needed care at the last minute and was able to make an appointment over my lunch since I really could not miss work. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They got pretty busy with walk ins right when I got there but they still made sure I was seen promptly and made sure I made it back to work on time. Thank you so much. This is why I always go here even though there are closer immediate care facilities to me. Highly recommend!
Everyone there was really nice.. The place is always clean and I feel they actually care about the patients that come in. I visited the Frankfort locations and the Doctor was very nasty. She cared nothing about my well being. My doctor sent me in with notes about how he didn’t want me on medication now and she said either I get on medication or I’m failing you the next time you come in. Terrible! The Joliet location is awesome though!
I have been to Immediate Care on Houbolt Rd., Joliet several times. They are so nice first of all. The whole staff including desk clerk are just the best people. So grateful to be able to go here.
Such a poor experience here. I went in for a visit for flu like symptoms. The checked me in, said I was all set to go for my visit after taking down my & my insurance information. 10 months after that visit I received my first bill from them. The bill listed my husband as the patient (not me), and had listed an insurance we do not and have never had. Check-in was easy (done on cellphone), wait was under 15 minutes to be seen and the staff was nice and friendly. The physician on staff was thorough with questions to get me a proper diagnosis/prescription for my urgent condition. I was in and out and after getting prescription I had the rest of my day to recover! If I’m ever in need of immediate care, I will go here before any local ER! Thanks Urgent Care.
