Justin worked with my partner and I to acquire a property through our SMSF. It certainly had its challenges being that the purchase occurred during Covid times. Banks were really tight but with Justin's expertise, guidance and persistence we finally got the approval we needed. I can say for certain we would not be in this position without having had Justin on our team. He is so easy to talk to, always available and is determined to achieve results for his clients. I worked through Justin to get the home loan for my first investment property. He was able to provide advice and information that resulted in what I felt was the best loan for me. Once I had secured my financing Justin and I then discussed the RBA interest rate cuts and I felt I had enough information to make a decision to request fo Justin to negotiate a fixed interest rate.
