I left Amerigas because they had no local communication with their customer. I called Pico and they set me a new tank told me everything they were going to do, and did it.Kimberly kept me informed of what and when things would happen. I could have not had a better experience.

The delivery person was outstanding however the lady in the office has a terrible attitude. How knows maybe she got up on the wrong side of the bed that morning but she brought her negative attitude to work. I called back and talked with Kim and she worked everything out and was much more pleasant to have a conversation with.
