Good practice, doctors are friendly and listen to patients needs and concerns and address them accordingly. Would give 5 stars but their support from front office is lacking in urgency or are overwhelmed. There are times when an appointment is cancelled and rescheduled but the meds that were due to be called in on the date of the cancellation don’t get called in. They tell you they will but it sometimes doesn’t happen. Last time did without meds for2 days before they were called in

Had a wellness/ physical checkup 4 October 2023, with Emily Cannon and blood draw by Savanah. I had a very good experience with both individuals. Very pleasant and professional. Dr. Diwan and the two mentioned above are all great professionals and a great reflection of the quality at Piedmont.
