Was seen an hour after scheduled appointment time, people who came in after were seen first. NP and nurses were friendly. Front desk was rude, acted bothered to do their job. Won’t be back.
I had a really bad asthma exacerbation, called Piedmont to ask if they accepted walk-in patients (originally from NY). The Representative on the phone stated, "sure" I arrived and the intake person said, I had to wait 4 hours because it was one doctor. Please, medical representatives; communication is imperative! Thank God for Undeniable in Fairburn! I was treated with the utmost care and treatment!
