Purchased a couple of rolls of Pillar Products Coco Weed Mat from Bunnings after seeing it on display at the Melbourne Flow and Garden Show recently. Really pleased how easy it was to lay in my front garden and cover with mulch afterwards. I checked if water was penetrating afterwards and soil was nice and moist. Great product!
I bought 2 concertina doors on special order from Bunnings gawler. It was written on the box you could buy 2 and make them double doors that close together. After fully installing them I noticed that there was no way for them to latch closed. When I rang to see why. I was told that they will send me instruction on how to change them to close by magnetic. Still waiting for them send me instruction. I dont think their customer service cares. I have given up calling them. Will not be buying any of their products again.
Purchased a concertina door, through Bunnings. Reasonable price. Reviewer mentioned handles were not suitable. She approached Pillar, who dispatched another set to her, free. I did the same and got replacement set very quickly. Great customer service.
Wonder customer service! I had an issue with one of the cord mechanisms on my Day / Night Roller blinds. After reaching out to their customer support, they were able to assist with sending me out a spare part. The team are absolutely amazing, friendly and overall fantastic. The roller blinds are amazing, and I'm very grateful for the support.
Have never done a google review before but I’m more than happy to spread the word that this company will happily rip you off. Sells set for diy retractable fly screen door but doesn’t sell replacement screens. So you’re forced to buy a new door frame with it every time. Definitely more cost effective, less wasteful products out there. Rochelle from customer service couldn’t offer any alternative. Won’t be buying these products again.
