RecommendedThe back hatch was not latching on my 2022 Explorer (that was bought from another Ford dealership) I was 1.5 hr from home. Drove to Pine Belt Ford, and they were amazing. Got the truck pulled around to the shop, diagnosed the issue and fixed it without any hesitation. Seriously cannot thank all the staff I spoke to enough. Kindness goes a long way!! Will be going to their dealership for future needs.
