RecommendedTook my 2018 F-150 XLT in for service. It had a cold start rattle. Talked with Joey and Ray about it and left it with them. They verified the problem and presented a claim, and got approval from the Ford Protect CSP that I had purchased previously. It was a costly repair, which only cost me the deductible. They completed the repair in a timely manner, and kept me updated. They made the experience very easy for me and their efforts are greatly appreciated!
