RecommendedI had a great appointment with Dr keshmiri ans Chelsea. They provided lots of good info for my hygiene. They made time to do some of my fillings same day. I will be back
RecommendedLoved the office! Very clean and staff was highly knowledgeable and friendly, had the option for treatment the same day which saved a day off work! Will be visiting again and recommend to anyone that wants a family friendly office
If I could give zero stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled for my son which we cancelled due to insurance issues. I then had 6 phone calls in the week after the cancelled appointment asking me to reschedule the appointment. Each time I answered the phone, I told the employee that we did not want to reschedule and to please stop calling. Each time they did not listen and I would get a phone call the next morning. Every time since they have remodeled the place into separate areas for cleanings and ortho, They take so much longer!!! Every visit we are in the waiting room for about an hour each time!! I’m seriously thinking about taking her somewhere else. 🤦🏼♀️

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS!!!!! This is WORST dental office EVER! They should be shutdown by the department of labor and licensing for doing illegal treatments!!! They told us that our 8 year old daughter needed three crowns on her back baby teeth (molars) and they put a coating on that day and said to bring her back in two weeks for the crowns. She’s never had a cavity and brushes her teeth twice a day. Pine Dentistry has the worst front staff I have ever encountered in my life. Watching her cell phone and carrying on personal conversations, walking away with her cell phone to have said personal conversation. All the while people are waiting to be checked in and then wants to get an attitude when asked what the hold up is and is called out. I’m sorry I inconvenienced you as a customer and patient. My kids will definitely not be back to inconvenience you.
This place is a joke . The dentist is so unprofessional and not patient WHAT SO EVER . We waited 2 HOURS to be seen . When we finally got a room the dentist came in and didn’t say a single word to me or my 3 year old son . She immediately put the laughing gas on my son without telling him what it was or walking him through it . My son got scared and she said she was going to the next room to start on her other patient . When she came back 30 minutes later she still never said hello just immediately put the laughing gas back ... read more
