I have been a pet owner for 27 years...in those years I have never met a kinder, more committed vet then Doctor Ines Allin. Her treatment of my animals and myself has been just amazing and touched my heart, she has always been there for us. Her kind staff and the other vets are all wonderful. Its nice to walk in and they know who you are. I have and continue to recommend Pine Grove/Ark to all my family and friends.
I will never return to this veterinary again or any of the other two animal hospital that this vet owns!!! I believe I have never been this badly treated!!! The vet had no compassion for how I felt after telling me the bad news about my dog and then I find out from another vet that she was wrong!! She wanted to charge me a lot of money for the service needed for my dog when actually it's not needed at this time. worst bedside manner and a awful vet as well. she told me nothing nicely and mocked my previous vet. then said she cant do anything yet charged us for nothing. worst vet ever. dont go if you care for you pets.
