Verified Renter Orion, leasing management staff treats tenants with respect and I do understand dealing in any area of human services can be difficult at times. The grounds here are kept in great standing. Very pleasant view when entering the complex.

Bad experience, an honest review Do not move here! Nothing in the apartment was cleaned or checked before the last tenant moved out. I moved in on May 13th and have nothing but regrets. For starters the apartment was not cleaned when I moved in. I have vacuumed up at least 5 vacuums full of dog hair and the place still smells like wet dog. Even rented a carpet cleaner to no avail. Verified Renter I would not recommend Pine Lakes to anyone at this moment, I would eventually want to but the service has been terrible and I am constantly confused and aggravated by the lack of organization and response time of the complex.
overpriced, poor management When my wife and I moved in last year our apartment was never cleaned from the previous tenants. Whenever there is a problem it takes months before a service call or action is taken. The units are fitted with cheapest cabinets and furnishings from ikea. And I may add, parking is first come first serve. Good luck finding a place to park. This place is highway robbery. Steer clear.

Not worth the money!!! Apartment was not ready when we moved in. Have had roaches and the dog park has fleas and area is not treated. The jacuzzi has never worked since I moved in 5 months ago. The parking is very congested and forget about the maintenance. The office staff will give you excuses and once maintenance comes the issues doesn't get fixed they just put a band-aid on it. I thought this was a luxury style apartment complex and am very disapointed.
