I am/was a resident of this facility The people at Pine Ridge Villas of Shelby are friendly. The manager is friendly, too. Everyone works together and makes sure that everyone is taken care of. It's a good atmosphere, and the people are caring. My room is a little small, and there is not enough storage for my things. I came from a big house, so it's a challenge. The food is very good, though. The activities they have are day trips, games, exercise, get-togethers, bingo, and parties. It's the best place that I have seen.
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident It has been one year and my Mom's experience at Pine Ridge has been excellent. The staff is consistent, personable, and engaging. According to her the food has been a bit inconsistent but getting better with the new chef. Like most, she gripes about losing her independence but in fact, the opposite has happened. She has gained independence, become less dependent on us, and regained some confidence. We are deeply grateful.
I am/was a resident of this facility The rooms are cleaned on a weekly basis. The facility is well maintained. The staff is truly warm and helpful. GREAT CHOICE FOR AN EXTENDED STAY!!
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The one bedroom rooms are remodeled and spacious. There is a nice variety of food options. The daily specials are a nice option from the daily menu. As a family member I’m very happy that the staff keeps an eye on my Aunt. She’s in independent living but it is nice to know staff is around and very helpful.
I visited this facility I had an in-person tour of Pine Ridge Villas of Shelby. What I liked best was that there was certainly a warm and friendly atmosphere that was evident throughout. It also suited my location preference. The staff was very informative, positive, and friendly. It was clear that she knew the residents. The facility was clean, presentable, and attractive. The sizes of the rooms were not much different than any of the other places I looked. They weren't large, but they were adequate.

I visited this facility The people at Pine Ridge Villas of Shelby are extremely nice. The place is a little dated, but they're doing renovations on some of their places. The place that they showed us was completely renovated and it was nice. They charge $2050 for a shared apartment, so you get a two-bedroom and you're sharing it with a stranger and then you share the kitchen. I visited this facility My brother will be moving into Pine Ridge Villas of Shelby. We chose it because it fit into his budget. The apartment he'll be in is very well appointed and will fit his lifestyle. The staff members were fantastic, extremely thorough, took us on an extensive tour, were positive, and passionate about what they were doing. They help my brother to the dining room if necessary.
