I have a boxer fixing to have puppies and she couldn’t have them and they took me in in front of other customers to do an emergency C-section on her which I’ve appreciate very very much we lost four puppies we have two puppies and they saved Willow thank y’all very much

Friendly, professional, caring service. Amanda my technician was so very nice and explained everything in detail. My dog can be aggressive when at the vet and he’s never been seen without me in there with him. Despite all of that they handled him very well and he only got snippy once. Have to say I left a mediocre review the other day regarding an emergency with one of my dogs, but I had a separate issue and they were able to jump on it. This scenario was a bit more dire than the previous. Would recommend! Very thankful!
Dr Jennen and her staff are fantastic. They make you and your sweet babies feel completely comfortable. Love them!
I had to get my cat Diane spayed and checked for a couple of different things. the staff explained the cost of everything beforehand and let me know the benefits of certain services. They let me know what was optional and allowed me to make the decision of which optional services to partake in. The staff was extremely kind and friendly, and they took great care of Diane! They have also taken all of my phone calls and been very patient with my questions. I would highly recommend Pine Street Animal Clinic!
