Live here now! I have lived here 2 years so far. No problems at all, the manager recently changed and I really like her. She gets things taken care of when needed. They also have resident functions and my kids really love that.
Poorly maintained The ground is extremely dirty and stained. The Parking lot is uneven and broken. The basketball court has messed up rims and there was an attempted drug deal when I pulled up to check it out. The Balcony appeared to have rotting wood as well.
Roaches and Loud Neighbors I lived in a two bedroom apartment that had a nasty roach infestation that was never solved. Add that with the thin walls and being able to hear every domestic dispute, and the unsupervised children that run around and scream for hours. Then, when I finally moved out of this hell hole, I was not given my full deposit back because the old manager claims I left furniture in the unit. We cleared that whole apartment out. Terrible Awful Place to Live I'm shocked by the other reviews. This place was terrible. Something was always breaking down & when it was reported, it either didn't get fixed or you were blamed for it. The pool was barely ever open & residents were getting drunk in the BBQ area all the time! I fulfilled my lease, gave notice & forfeited my deposit so I didn't have to deal with these apartments any longer. Pinehurst Apartments is a great place to live and we’re really disappointed when we have unhappy current or previous residents. Pinehurst uses Lease Agreements written through the Texas Apartment Association for each and every resident. We also attach an Addendum A to the lease giving instructions to guide residents through the process of vacating their rental home.
