Terrible Awful Place to Live I'm shocked by the other reviews. This place was terrible. Something was always breaking down & when it was reported, it either didn't get fixed or you were blamed for it. The pool was barely ever open & residents were getting drunk in the BBQ area all the time! I fulfilled my lease, gave notice & forfeited my deposit so I didn't have to deal with these apartments any longer. Pinehurst Apartments is a great place to live and we’re really disappointed when we have unhappy current or previous residents. Pinehurst uses Lease Agreements written through the Texas Apartment Association for each and every resident. We also attach an Addendum A to the lease giving instructions to guide residents through the process of vacating their rental home.
