Very unprofessional! They gave me a quote for the work I needed done. When I went to make the appointment I was told that they made a mistake and that is was going to cost me over $2,000 more. I asked to speak with the dentist directly and the next day someone else called me back. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I went in for a basic teeth cleaning because they were running a promotional new patient deal. They booked me four months out from when I called but told me they would still honor the promotion. After xrays and poking around in my mouth for a few minutes I was informed that I couldn't just have a basic cleaning and that I would need a more intense one to the tune of $350 and a SECOND cleaning a few weeks later.
