It was good he changed a part under the kitchen light. He changed the carbon monoxide unit. He said he was just there this week to change it. I understand but unfortunately the 1st one was no good!Ā

I had a leak problem with the hot water on my bathroom sink.It leaked and the hand knob broke...I turned the water off from the handle under the sink,and made a maintenance request.I received a phone call from maintenance to ascertain and confirm the problem. In the afternoon a serviceman came to fix the hot water part of the bathroom sink.He saw what the problem was, and knew exactly what to do and in 10-15 minutes had the hot water running properly again.He was polite,friendly and definitely knew what he was doing. The super came bright and early very polite on time and prepared to give me a new ac unit from storange I just wanted the ac unit from my bedroom swopped out with the old one in living he was very quick and clean and was done in 10 minutes...Ā

The maintenance staff is very responsive. I love having access to laundry, a pool and a gym, and a path that I can jog. They take care of the lawn, the building and bug spraying. Im happy to have a deck, a/c & a dishwasher. The only complaint Id have is that the rent increases every year, there is never a year that it doesnt increase, which can push people out. And unfortunately I dont think that they care that they push people out because they usually have a waiting list to get in. That is a shame because Id think that a g...Ā read more
