I cannot begin to tell anyone who reads this post how pleased my husband and I are with Piney Creek Family Dentistry! We have been patients well before Dr. Troop left the practice and know the entire staff and consider them to be not only professional, skilled, and knowledgeable, but warm and friendly as well. Dr. Fritz is the only dentist your entire family will ever need. Not only are her dental skills great and up to date, her bedside manner is wonderful. She was able to make my 3 year old feel so much at ease with everything that he now asks to go back to the dentist.
This is a great dental office. I'm very impressed by the welcoming atmosphere of the waiting room and friendly staff. Dr. Fritz is awesome as well. She really took the time to listen and gave me multiple options. I highly recommend this practice.
I visited this office for a second opinion about my crown with Dr.Fritz. I brought all my x-rays and other docs with me. The doctor spent with me for about 4-5 mins and agreed to work with me on my crown. I left the office without any charges, but after few days, I got a bill from their office for oral exam ($71). I tried contacting the office few times to negotiate this bill because I wanted to get my crown done with them, but unfortunately, the office staff was not very helpful. RecommendedIt’s been a little over a year since I started going here, after lots and lots of searching for the right dentist because I hate them, as they are the devil. Dr Fritz and her crew fixed some cavities, got my gum health back in better shape, and have educated me on how I can keep my mouth in good shape. Even got my wife to try Dr Fritz after some horrible experiences elsewhere, and she now loves this place, too. They don’t suck, so I don’t mind the dentist anymore. 👍🏼
Ive been going here for 20+ years. Now my family has been kicked out. I've been kicked out all because the new Dr Fritz thinks its time to move in a new direction. Dr. Troop is no longer the head Dentist. Do not go here. Thanks for nothing!!! I guess the bottom line is more important than than patient care and satisfaction. Bye bye.
