It took a little while to complete installation, but not their problem. It was due to faulty wiring in our home and it was very difficult to deal with Ameren Missouri for a shut off time. The gentlemen that showed up we were happy with. They were clean cut, friendly, professional, and were ready to answer any questions. The date of the original letter sent from powerhouse was dated 31 Oct 19, and they finally finished on the 23 Dec 19. As to the crew, it took about 8 months from start to finish due to many inspections that we had to go through but they did the job right and panels are up and running, no issues. At the same time, we were getting frequent updates from customer service coordinator about the progress and it seemed this helped the whole process to go smoothly and eased my worries about the progress.
