Being a retired dental assistant there are certain things I look for and Pinnacle Dentistry of Colorado Springs is by far the most professional run office that I have ever seen. Great! Staff was friendly and outgoing. Nice facility. Dr. Perret was meticulous and informative. Jessica (dental assistant) was a great assistant. In other words, the experience was great!
From the moment I walked in the door I have been highly impressed with every staff member. They are attentive to patient needs and go the extra mile in all aspects of the visit.
Decades of great service I have been visiting this dental office since the 90s, I visit every 3 months for routine check ups, and of course extra if any issues. I have had 3 kids since I started visiting, and they go regularly, too. This is a very friendly, kind, professional and warm office. The staff is super knowledgeable, never judgmental, never cranky, always welcoming and engaging. I feel like I am valued, welcome, appreciated and respected. I am not just a number. HIGHLY recommend it!
