I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time but I received an apology and explanation. Jennifer the NP took her time and explained everything to me . She seemed very knowledgeable and was warm and friendly

The day of my appointment things were a little chaotic. They recently had changed to new ownership and were in a transition within the staff & system. My appointment had been changed (& maybe it had been changed & I was at fault for not making notes for the change.) However, everything seemed to be handled smoothly.I was still accepted & seen the same day & was still given appropriate care & respect as patient would & should be given.
