My first appointment with Dr. Frank Tobin went very well! Dr. Tobin is a very caring, compassionate, concerned Doctor. He took time to answer all my questions & gave me a thorough examination! His assistant Lanaya (sorry for misspelling) was also very kind and efficient. I am happy I chose Dr. Frank Tobin at Pinnacle Dermatology to be my Dermatologist. I appreciate the time Dr Tobin spent with me.
