...and it’s not just you. Your privacy matters to us, you hear it everywhere. It’s just not so. Your, our, privacy is what you tell us it is. I’ll often share something personal with my doctor that I won’t share if you have a person taking notes in the room. Year or so ago I went in to see Dr. Gill and didn’t tell ‘the taker of notes’ I was diagnosed with a couple cancers. She left and the doctor came in. Was able to get an appointment quickly and the receptionist was outstanding on the phone and in person!
My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 and that is exactly when I was called back. And did not have to wait more than 10 min in the room to see Dr. Van Dam. Very kind and courteous staff. More importantly a thorough screening and explanations of what was found. Thank you!
