My first appointment with Pinnacle Dermatology in Alexandria VA was very nice. My only issue is after giving the check-in receptionist my United Healthcare Choice Plus insurance card, she told me the practice is not in the network under my company's insurance plan. However, I was told twice when I made my appointment that the practice was in network under my company's insurance plan. They were able to get me in for surgery the same day as the biopsy Everything was explained as it was happening and the doctor called to see if everything was ok that night.
