I am a recent patient of Pinnacle Dermotology. Dr. West and the staff at the Chandler location are very professional and are very thorough. I have had previous Melanoma incidents but when my previous Dr retired, I was worried I would not find a new Doctor that would understand my issues. Dr. West and Dr Tobin are an amazing team as were their nurse staff.

Dr. Carter explained the rash on my arms and face thoroughly. He spent time with me and made sure I understood my medications. He even wrote out the notes personally. Well pleased with my visit.
