My first appointment with Pinnacle Dermatology in Alexandria VA was very nice. My only issue is after giving the check-in receptionist my United Healthcare Choice Plus insurance card, she told me the practice is not in the network under my company's insurance plan. However, I was told twice when I made my appointment that the practice was in network under my company's insurance plan. I like the practice, staff and Dr. Millet so I'll use my out-of-network insurance benefits to pay for my procedures abs pray my out of pocket ... read more
