They are very nice and thoughtful. Pleased with all they did.
I waited longer than expected but my doctor was very helpful and friendly. She listened and was very supportive.
The staff is always professional and courteous. I am able to ask questions and the staff always takes the time to give me their attention and to answer my questions.

My first appointment with Pinnacle Dermatology in Alexandria VA was very nice. My only issue is after giving the check-in receptionist my United Healthcare Choice Plus insurance card, she told me the practice is not in the network under my company's insurance plan. However, I was told twice when I made my appointment that the practice was in network under my company's insurance plan. I like the practice, staff and Dr. Millet so I'll use my out-of-network insurance benefits to pay for my procedures abs pray my out of pocket ... read more
