From first contact with the office to leaving after my procedure...this was a great experience. The professionalism and knowledge of the office staff and the medical staff was outstanding. Dr. Zitelli was wonderful. He made me feel very comfortable. I went though the procedure with ease...and it was totally pain free. A special shout out to Rachel in the office. Overall did great. However, at this visit the medical assistant who roomed in seemed to be in a rush while interviewing me. While attempting to update my medication list, she continued to interrupt me and at one point began instructing me on undressing for my exam. I had to keep reminding her that I was not done providing my medication update. Also the interviewing process started before I was done hanging up my coat and sitting down.

Both Dr Stigall and the staff totally exceeded.my expectations. Was so impressed how they all went into detailed explanations during the procedure. Would highly recommend them.
