Every person I have encountered from the front desk to the Dr(Simkin) to the check out staff, nurses, associates, are attentive, look you squarely in the eyes when they speak to you and when you speak to them. YOU are their priority. Kind, smiling, listen to everything you say, give you full explanation of what they think is the best course of action for your immediate problem and ASK you how you feel that solution will work for you.
