Very personable (Dr Tidwell and staff). Great at explaining every process of the procedure. Dr. Tidwell checked in with me at home to see how I was.( How often does that happen with other doctors?!)
It was a great experience from walking in to the sweet young lady checking me in thru seeing the Dr and having my skin problems taken care of and getting my next appt, everyone was extremely friendly 😀
Prompt. Did the annual skin exam as well as cryo on some spots. Answered all my questions and explained differences of the spots.

All the staff is very friendly and the Dr was great. I was made to feel comfortable while there.
