In and out in good time. Service was friendly and expedient. Doctor questioned why I left my former dermatologist. I explained I am with a different medical plan and he's no longer in the network. Didn't quite understand the rationale for this question. No follow-up exam was made, stated it's " as needed. Didn't understand that rationale either.. I wouldn't have been there if it wasn't needed. That's why I only gave it 8 stars.

The staff was very kind. The doctor apologized for me having to wait. They listen to you and answer any questions you have.

The office visit was accomplished quickly and professionally. The office staff and Dr.Claude were the best. I would highly recommend anyone with dermatology issues to visit Pinnacle.

Not much to tell just got cyst on my butt the girl that helped me surprised me I couldn't get up So she grabbed me the seat of pants and lifted Me up just what I needed most people wouldn't do that I'm glad she did a regular person
