Went in to see Dr. Kristie Bucher for a suspicious spot on my neck. Skin cancer runs in my family and the staff discussed the different types of skin cancer with me. When Dr. Bucher came in she looked at the spot and said it didn't look like any type of cancer and that she could remove it right then in the office. She was very gentle and professional and made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. Will definitely be returning in the future!

From first contact with the office to leaving after my procedure...this was a great experience. The professionalism and knowledge of the office staff and the medical staff was outstanding. Overall did great. However, at this visit the medical assistant who roomed in seemed to be in a rush while interviewing me. While attempting to update my medication list, she continued to interrupt me and at one point began instructing me on undressing for my exam. I had to keep reminding her that I was not done providing my medication update. Also the interviewing process started before I was done hanging up my coat and sitting down.
Both Dr Stigall and the staff totally exceeded.my expectations. Was so impressed how they all went into detailed explanations during the procedure. Would highly recommend them.
Love Dr. Leach, his whole office staff and nurses are wonderful.
