I sincerely doubt there's much you can do to improve the quality or efficiency of your operation. Everyone from Chrissy (rn) helping to make the arrangements for my procedure to the assistants helping Drs Lapinski & Mendez were so helpful and courteous you couldn't help but feel at ease. The doctors were fantastic.

Dr. Shah and her nurse are wonderful to work with. Very efficient and great personalities. I was in on time and out in a very short time. All in all, a great experience.

The Phys.Asst. was knowledgable and personable. The derm issue was inspected and was taken care of, i rcvd advice for aftercare. I was happy with the appt and would recommend pinnacle to others.
