The staff was very professional and helpful. They were concerned about the area on my back and started treatment immediately. My time was short and the prescription was ready when I went to pick it up. I appreciate the tenderness that was given me during the treatment.

Each time I have an appointment they are attentive and on time. I always leave with all my questions answered and my issues addressed.
Five stars! Dr Showalter was great as well were the nurse and Matt the trainee. I did have an 11:15 appointment and no one was at the front desk until 11:33. I was calling from the front desk to say I was here and nobody answered office phone. I was just about to leave when receptionist came out. Could use a sign saying be right back, on lunch, restroom. A line of two other people formed behind me at that point. But the Receptionist couldn't be better. All in all a great experience will highly recommend your practice!
From the time I walked into the office, everyone was so nice. I didn't feel rushed in my apptmt. Just a great experience.

I was very happy with the doctor she explained everything was caring the nurse was also sweet and nice.
I sincerely doubt there's much you can do to improve the quality or efficiency of your operation. Everyone from Chrissy (rn) helping to make the arrangements for my procedure to the assistants helping Drs Lapinski & Mendez were so helpful and courteous you couldn't help but feel at ease. The doctors were fantastic.
