Visit seemed rushed and long wait time. Staff is nice but seems so unorganized. Had to cancel two appointments because they couldn't see me and was fit in a place today but had wait forever to be seen by Dr.

All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The girl at the front desk was kind and an informative. Darren was excellent and very professional. He and his assistant put me at ease, and finished the exam thoroughly and carefully. I was impressed with the professionalism of everybody.

I am very happy with my doctor, Dr. Showalter. Due to skin cancer issues, I see him on a regular basis. He is always respectful and thorough. However, I have been a patient of this practice for 6-7 years. In all that time, they have only had gowns in what appears to be size small or extra small, except for the occasional size 5x. In a recent visit, I was given a gown so threadbare I could read all the signs on the stores in Yorktown Mall across the street through it. Dr. Jajou is amazing! He's easy to talk to and fully explains the procedure before he performs it. Great staff too. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a Dermatologist.
