Staff great... Appt was running little behind but no big deal... The doctor listens and is so caring!!! Love them!!!
Dr. Stoecker and her staff were wonderful once again yesterday at my third Mohs surgery. They were extremely professional, competent, and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Office has adequate staff to handle the number of patients they see. I don't think I have ever waited longer than 10 minutes beyond my appointment time, but they are usually running right on schedule. The office staff is friendly and polite and so is the professional staff of physician's assistants, nurse practitioners, etc. My questions are answered and I am given clear instructions regarding any prescriptions or post-op care for any office procedures I might have done. I feel I am getting excellent care.
I've never been to a dermatologist before, they explained what they were doing. And they were very nice

Everyone was polite and helpful. My appoinment was on time. All of my questions were answered promptly. I would reccomend Pinnacle to anyone.
