We were so happy. We were seen at the time of our appointment. No waiting. This is our 2nd dermatologist. And they did not make my son start all over from scratch. They provided more information on the medication, then we had received prior. That staff was very nice and friendly. This was our 1st visit. We are not dreading our next appointments. I'm very Happy they excepted my son as a patient and we look forward to the positive future if care we will receive from Pinnacle Dermatology.

Liked the courtesy of the staff. Asked all my questions. Very pleased and painless. The Doctor answered all my concerns. Doctor was kind and patient with me. I was concerned about a mole near my left eye and he took care of it right there
