Arrived on time filled out a little paper work was called in a room to change clothes. All done very efficiently. No major problems. Got dressed made an appointment for next year and went out to get my donut.
Your office did great. They were quick and answered all my questions. Very nice and put me at ease.
Pleasant visit. Very attentive to my concerns/needs. Really appreciate Dr. following through on examining me and responding by prescribing the necessary treatment for conditions. This kind of treatment was superb!
The staff made me feel very comfortable. It was not like a sterile institution that treats you like a number. The receptionists were personable and kind. In making the appointment she said I could call with any questions. The doctor and his assistants did a great job and helped to calm my fears. They even made me laugh. Having skin issues like this can be scary. It was not as bad as I thought it was. It was a welcoming place.

My husband and I have been long term pt's. Our first visits were with Dr. Marcy Street when her practice was Dr's Approach. The office staff has always treated us as tho we are family - such very warm and compassionate care but still extremely professional. My husband has under gone some pretty extensive sessions with many hours of different treatments sitting under the Blue lights and other various protocol to help remove areas that were damaged as younger children growing up in the 60s/70s on a major lake.
