The staff at Pinnacle was very friendly as always and their safety standards right now are spot on very clean everyone wearing masks and they give you the option to wait in your car or in the waiting room. The clinic rooms are clean and social distancing is implemented as needed. Wonderful pleasant doctors always.

Everyone within the office was very kind, pleasant, comforting and the atmosphere felt safe. My wait time was minimal both in the waiting room and in the exam room. The process was explained to me before and during the exam which comforted the nerves. A small procedure happened but with full disclosure and after care explained. Thank you
