As always, Dr. Van Dam was excellent and took his time to explain everything. I recommend him without qualification.
Poor service doctor is nice but phone system so lousy never call back if you leave msg and nurse line is completely brutal I don’t recommend this place to anymore beginning was nice but bad experience if you have to reach out to doctor for concern you never get back with them. I recommend Derick Dermetology in Barrington they have better service with nurse line and doctor
My son is patient of Dr. Van dam, I was at the office on march5th with my son acne treatment. He is on acutene meds because his acne is bad. Dr. van dam supposed to refill his prescription but some how he forgot so I m trying to call office to fix this problem but no one pick up the call and left msg few times but no reply back yet very bad customer service and nurse never called back.
Wasn’t prepared for he bleeding from the biopsy site. This is day two and the bleeding has stopped, but I was shaken yesterday when it bled through three or four , band-aids because no one had warned me that might happen. Because it was prominent on my face, I was concerned about scaring. Still don’t know about that.
I had not seen this doctor before and frankly, I felt very rushed.
From the beginning scheduling to the pharmacy notifying me they had reached out to the office for clarification of prescription and not getting any response.
Didn’t feel like the doctor looked at my issue before she was diagnosing me and telling me what to take for it. Now issue is getting worse, guess her diagnosis was wrong! Bridget was much better at treating patients think they are going to loose a lot of patients if this is the future treatment others get.
