First of allnI WA greeted and checked in in a friendly manner. Peter is excellent! He's very thorough and respectful, I first met him at Pinski and followed him to Pinnacle. Liz was also great today a very kind and thoughtful person! I suggested soft music in the office today, just to make for a calmer atmosphere! Appreciate the cloth gowns instead of paper! The bathrooms were very clean. I also like getting the free samples! Thank you for a great experience today!
