Very friendly from check in to check out dr.procter explained everything from beginning to the end of the treatment she was going to put in place for me it was a great experience

Everything went quickly and I was numbed up and the biopsy done in 5 minutes and was out of there. Fast and efficient. Thank you!
My first visit was very pleasant the receptionist guy was vet nice to me and helpful to me and the medical assistant nurse was very nice and the doctor was very nice to me and explained my medical condition to me in a matter to understand correctly and offered me free samples for mr try different lotions.
Each time I have an appointment they are attentive and on time. I always leave with all my questions answered and my issues addressed.
I love going to see the ladies at pinnacle! Everyone is always so nice and educated on all the things they do and sell in the office. Its like going to visit friends every time!
