Since I started as a patient with Dr. Lapinski I would never go anywhere else. I live in St. John IN and it’s a distance but still will not change. My husband is also a patient and he totally agrees!
I saw Laurel Poole and I felt like I was bothering her. She rushed me out of there. I had questions I never got a chance to ask. Her assistant was just as unfriendly. They didn't even have brochures for products they were selling. I was told to take a picture and Google it. I won't be back or recommending it.
I had a procedure done where they had to put stiteches in my arm. Two weeks later I went back to have them removed. However a few days after I had them removed I noticed I had a piece still in my arm. When I pulled it out it was about an inch long. Cant believe they missed this I am sure this could have caused alot of issues.
Laurel Poole from Pinnacle Dermatology Frankfort Office did a rushed stitch job on my leg. She did not do individual stitches on the top layer of my incision, which was very unprofessional and my leg got infected because of her rushed stitch job.
